1. How often is your stock changed?
We only keep the latest collections at Men à la Mode, so we’ll be changing the stock every season – so that’s Spring/Summer, Autumn/Winter and Cruise.

2. Why don’t you offer discounts?
Because we only keep the latest collections, from the genuine fashion houses you won’t see any discounts at Men à la Mode. We don’t keep old, discontinued or seconds stock, which is often discounted by other retailers.

3. Can you get something for me?
Yes. If you’d like us to stock a particular designer we’ll do our best to feature them on the website. Send your suggestions to info@menalamode.com 

4. What happens if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your shopping within the number of days specified on the order form just email us on info@menalamode.com with your name, contact details and the order number. We’ll investigate any missing orders immediately and refund your money if necessary.

5. Do you have any shops?
No. We have no retail outlets. Our aim is to make the best men’s designer clothing available online, so you don’t have to face the crowded high street.
